This is the largest of the three traditional Cycladic-style villas in our complex, which is sparsely developed within a large privately owned farm of 7.5 acres, just 1 km. from the peaceful and secluded beach of Voutakos with a south orientation. With few neighboring houses, the area is quiet, relaxing and offers an increased sense of privacy.
 

The south orientation of the villas provides natural protection from the prevailing meltemi winds of the summer. Although the three villas are semi-detached, their layout ensures complete privacy in each residence, while all enjoy unobstructed sea views.
