This is the largest of the three, traditional Cycladic-style Villas, sparsely developed on a large plot of farmland (7,500 sqm), only 1 km distance from the peaceful and secluded sandy South-facing beach of Voutakos.

With only a few neighbouring residences, the area is quiet, relaxing and offers a heightened sense of privacy. The south-facing orientation of the villas offers protection from the predominant summer Meltemi winds.
